  • Are you having relationship problems, or affected past?
  • Are you having problems at work?

Do You Need Someone to Talk to?

We often want someone to listen without judging or taking over and telling us what to do. Some of us worry that talking to friends or family will burden them with our worries or problems. Therefore we need time and freedom to explore our problems and find our own solutions, work out what we need to do, or where we need to go next.

Talking problems and anxieties through with a trained, qualified and experienced person can usually help to get clarification and resolution.

Using cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive therapy, and other approaches to counselling, I will work with you to help you calm your emotions, reduce worrying, and transform negative thinking and self-talk. As a result you will be better able to function within your family and personal relationship, perform better at work create a more fulfilling life.

Together, we'll find ways you can make changes that will help you feel better and take concrete steps towards building a more fulfilling and satisfying life.

  1. I hope you are keeping well. This year lets make some changes to our lives. To so we will need to start with what we want to achieve, a reason for achieving it and a plan to achieve it.

Here are some steps to take for your goals.

    1. Define your goals clearly, 2. State how your goals will benefit others and yourself. 3. Picture your goals being achieved and write a plan for achieving them.

Here is a very simple method to use this strategy.

    1. Determining your goals: Take a few days to decide what you want to do in your life. Write your goals (two or three major goals only. If you can focus on one goal at a time it is better) on a paper and read this paper often. As soon as you write your goals you enter the top 5% section of the people. 95% people don’t know what their aims are so your success chances for a better life immediately increase.

    2. Purpose: Determine how your goals will benefit others. The more your goals are about benefiting others, the more motivated you will be to achieve them. Also, daily affirmations help keep keeps your mind positive and hopeful. You become focused and attract the same in your life. To become successful in life repeat this affirmation ten times in the morning and ten times before going to bed: ‘God has sent me in this world to become successful. I am achieving my goal’.

    3. Picture your goals being achieved: Set your goals and write them out with a plan to achieve them by a certain date. If you are willing to set your life toward achieving goals that benefit others and yourself, you deserve to achieve them. Put a plan on paper. Consider drawing or cutting out pictures of yourself having achieved the goals. We tend to think in images.

Following these steps will help to ensure that 2008 is a fantastic year for you.

    All the best,

  2. Hello,

As a counsellor, artist, and career enrichment coach and facilitator, it takes time to recognize that we are not all out of the same mould.
I am working hard to complete a number of projects to inspire and encourage others to fulfill their goals and realize their purpose. This blog is designed to help people further themselves along for the purpose of making a difference. Since I was young, I enjoyed writing. Now it is time to write to make a difference for others.
I was born in Sarnia Ontario and have been fortunate to have a wonderful family. This along with my faith in God has brought me to a place of peace and satisfaction in life. I am determined to help others achieve more of their potential. This is a lifelong quest that I am not going to quit on.
I will continue to encourage people to reach their potential because of the incredible needs that are in this world. There is pain everywhere. If we can all do a little more and sometimes a lot more, we can make a difference and others will benefit. We all deserve to have great lives and can do so if we give of ourselves with our time, talents and treasures to be of service to others.
    Be encouraged.

  3. Discovering Your Purpose

I am here to help you get clear on your life purpose and to help you with reaching
    your career objectives.

It takes time to get going toward achieving a life that is very fulfilling. It
takes a lot of commitment to live out the vision you would like to achieve.
Remember this, you can do it.

Take time to consider what it is that you are most interested in solving in
today's world. Our need to take action comes from an urgency toward solving a
problem. What is the problem that most concerns you in business or in life?
